Electronics Design
From schematics to production-ready PCBs. High-speed, multilayer boards with signal integrity built in.

What we deliver
Schematic and architecture
Part selection, power budget, interface choice and a reviewed block diagram before layout starts.
Multilayer layout
Stack-up definition, controlled impedance, return-path discipline and length matching.
Signal and power integrity
Decoupling strategy, rail sequencing and EMC-conscious routing, reviewed before release.
Manufacture and BOM
DFM and DFA review, alternates for constrained parts, assembly drawings and a costed BOM.
Why it matters
- Manufacturability optimised for high yield and low assembly costs.
- Multilayer PCB routing for high-speed signals and power integrity.
- Early EMC, CE and FCC design to minimise certification delays.
- Integrated hardware and firmware co-design to avoid late-stage issues.
- Component sourcing strategy that avoids obsolete parts.

What hands over
Every stage closes on a named deliverable and the client owns it: schematic and layout source, Gerbers, a costed BOM, assembly drawings and the DFM pack. None of it is held back as leverage over the next stage.
Architecture options, the risk list and indicative BOM cost are settled in the fixed-fee feasibility stage, before anyone commits to a spin — so the decisions that are expensive to reverse are made on paper first.

Common questions
- Can you design to CE and FCC standards?
- Yes. We embed EMC best practice from the start rather than bolting it on at the end, and validate designs in-house before release.
- Do you handle prototypes and assembly?
- We coordinate prototype builds through trusted manufacturers and keep the design assembly-friendly, so the board that comes back can be built again.
- What deliverables do you provide?
- A complete, production-ready design package: schematics, Gerbers, a costed BOM and test plans. All of it is yours.
